We need some good quality items, so if you have some items that you are not using and would like to donate, please contact, Bill McKenna at 599-2526 or Sam Miller at 325-2833 or Nancy Giordano at 961-0822 to make arrangements for delivery\/pickup. You can also send me an email with information. Our goal is to continue trail maintenance and keeping trails open for all user. Attached is the auction flyer, forward it to your friends and relatives!<\/p>\n

We will also need some helpers on the day of the auction, I know some of you already signed up in November to help out and if anyone else wants to help out on that day, please let me know. There is an auction committee, but you don’t need to be in the committee to help out, just let me know. Right now the auction committee is soliciting donations and collecting the items so they are pretty busy.<\/p>\n

Also if you wish to bake something for the auction, please let me know what you plan to bake and quantity. Baked goods go great at the auction!<\/p>\n
